Tell us your neighborhood, briefly describe the problem, and make sure the router and optical network terminal are accessible. A photo of the LOS indicator may help clarify the issue.
The fixed fee of 200 DH, payable upon arrival, covers travel within Marrakech and an assessment of the indoor installation: the PTO, indoor cable, router, and optical signal level.
Any repair or equipment supply, if needed, must be explained and approved separately before any work is done.
The technician does not touch PBO/FAT enclosures, street cabinets, the external network, or equipment belonging to the operator. If the fault appears to be outside the home, the findings may help you make a complaint to your operator.
