Find where the Wi-Fi signal gets weak
Coverage can vary from room to room. Walls, distance, and router placement can all contribute to these differences. The diagnostic compares symptoms across different areas of the home to help determine whether the issue seems limited to Wi-Fi or also affects the overall connection.
In a riad, house, or apartment, note which rooms are affected and where the connection still works properly. This helps describe a specific problem rather than relying solely on a test performed near the router.
Position the router before adding equipment
The router’s position affects how the signal is distributed throughout the home. The inspection helps assess its location in relation to the rooms in use and the areas where issues have been reported. Recommendations take the actual layout into account; they do not assume that a repeater or a new router is needed.
If the signs suggest that the connection is unstable everywhere, it may be useful to check the router and the indoor fibre installation first. Wi-Fi speeds alone are not enough to conclude that the fibre service has failed.
When should you consider a Mesh system?
A Mesh system may be worth considering when you need better coverage across several areas, but its suitability depends on the layout of the home and the signal available at potential locations. The assessment helps identify the areas to cover and discuss where to place the units; it cannot guarantee the same results in every building.

How to Prepare for a Wi-Fi Assessment
Before we speak, note which rooms have a weak connection, which devices are affected, and where the router is currently located. A photo of the general area may be helpful; avoid showing passwords or sensitive information.
For an in-home visit, travel and technical diagnostics cost 200 DH, payable on arrival. This fee covers the visit and diagnostics; any additional equipment or work will be explained and agreed separately.
