A clearly defined scope
What is checked—and what is not
The visit covers the installation inside the home: the optical termination point (PTO), accessible cabling, router, and Wi-Fi. WifiUrgence does not work on operator boxes, cabinets, or the operator’s external network.
Travel and the in-home technical diagnosis cost 200 DH, payable on arrival. Any repairs or equipment supplied must be explained and agreed to separately.
